How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 1 business day before shipment. Deliveries can usually take 1 to 4 weeks depending on the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays. If your order takes longer than a month, please contact us and we will be happy to refund you.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from partnered factors in China and in the US, so please expect your items to be shipped at different times and in different packages.
My order has not arrived by the given date. Where is it?
While some parcels can arrive early, some may experience shipping delays. If you would like to check on the status of your order - check your email for the tracking number or contact us personally!
I only received part of my order today. Where are my other items?
As we rely on multiple factories provide our shoppers with products, we cannot guarantee that all of your items arrive at the same time or in the same shipment.
All online orders can be returned within 30 days from initial purchase date for an online store credit.The customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item for an online store credit. We only offer refunds for having received defective or faulty products. If you wish to return your item/s or if in the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective product please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Different will pay for all postage costs involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product.
In the event of a return for an online store credit, goods must be returned in their original condition. To return an item, email [email protected], along with your name, order number and the item/s you wish to return for an online store credit. All return details will be provided via email within 24 hours.
